Our approach blends the discipline and detail of real boxing with the structure of smart strength and conditioning. Every session is coached with intention so members know what they’re doing, why they’re doing it, and how they’re progressing.

Boxing + Strength
Flagship Training Class
Our main training experience blends boxing rounds with purposeful strength and core work. These sessions are designed to help members get stronger, better conditioned, and more confident while still feeling like they came to a real boxing class.

Boxing Skills + Technique
Slower-Paced Skills Class
This class focuses on shadowboxing, footwork, bag work, defensive movement, and breaking combinations down into clean, teachable pieces. It’s perfect for beginners and just as valuable for experienced members who want to sharpen technique.

Learning the jab and cross with rhythm, posture, balance, and clean return to guard.
Level 2
Hooks
Adding hooks, hip rotation, and stronger combination structure without losing control.
Level 3
Defense
Introducing slips, rolls, pivots, and defensive movement that make boxing feel alive.
Level 4
Uppercuts
Layering in uppercuts and closer-range combinations while staying compact and efficient.
Level 5
Flow
Pulling all the pieces together into more fluid combinations, counters, rhythm, and confidence.
